Privacy Policy
Property Agenda ("the app") is built around a simple idea: your business data belongs to you. This policy explains exactly what information the app handles, where it lives, and what little of it ever reaches us.
1. The data you create stays yours
Everything you enter in the app — properties (including addresses, map coordinates and photos), clients (including names, phone numbers, email addresses and preferences), calendar events, visits, sales, notary contacts and commissions — is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad.
If your device is signed in to iCloud, that same database syncs through your own private iCloud database using Apple CloudKit, so your data follows you between your devices. It is encrypted in transit and stored under your Apple Account. We have no access to it. We do not operate servers that receive, store or process your properties or your clients, and we cannot see, sell or share what we never receive.
2. No account, no login
The app requires no registration of any kind. We do not collect your name, email address or phone number, and there is no user account or password associated with the app.
3. Crash reports and usage statistics
To keep the app stable and improve it, the app uses Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Analytics (services provided by Google):
- Crashlytics collects crash reports: technical information about the state of the app when a failure occurs (stack trace, device model, operating system version, app version).
- Analytics collects anonymous, aggregated usage events — for example, which screens are used most — along with general device information (model, OS version, language, country-level region).
This diagnostic data is not linked to your identity, is never joined with the content you store in the app (Firebase never sees your properties or clients), is not used for advertising, and is never sold. It is processed by Google on our behalf under the Firebase privacy terms.
4. Location
If you use the map when creating a property, the app asks for when-in-use location permission solely to fill in the property's address and place its pin. Address search and reverse geocoding are performed by Apple Maps services, subject to Apple's privacy policy. The resulting coordinates are saved with the property inside your own database (device + your private iCloud) and are never sent to us. You can decline the permission and type addresses manually.
5. Photos
Property and client photos are added through Apple's photo picker, which lets the app receive only the photos you explicitly select — the app has no access to your photo library. Selected photos are stored in your database like the rest of your data.
6. Notifications
Showing reminders and the optional daily summary are local notifications, generated and scheduled entirely on your device. They are not sent through any server.
7. Purchases
Property Agenda Pro subscriptions are processed by Apple through your Apple Account. We never receive your payment details. The app only reads the subscription's status (active or not) to unlock Pro features.
8. Opening other apps
If you tap directions to a property, the app hands the address to the navigation app you choose — Apple Maps, Google Maps or Waze. From that moment the interaction is governed by that app's own privacy policy.
9. Data retention and deletion
Because your data lives with you, you are always in control: you can delete any record inside the app, and deleting the app together with its iCloud data (Settings → your name → iCloud → Manage Account Storage) removes everything. Diagnostic data held by Firebase is retained for the limited periods defined by Google and then deleted.
10. Children
Property Agenda is a professional tool for real-estate agents and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy — for example, if a future version of the app adds a new service — we will update this page and its "last updated" date before the change takes effect.
